The thecnics that actually work and it 's no discusion about that are;
- Water and lemon: amazing to hydrate your body and makes you feel so much better
lemon has amazing benefits
- Drink 8 cups of water a day so this part is to me the hardest so if you are not a big drinker nuy a bottle of water it's easier
- Make yourself 3 to 5 cups of tea (green tea) is so good plus tea can hyydrate you as well
