Developpe yourself much these days?I know for some it s meaningless but self confidence and self sucess comes mostly from that!Have you ever heard of those amazing successful stories and thought to yourself that should and could be me?We all have.And mostly we all can! easy,if you want to be successful live your dream not just day dream it you will have to get to work and we all should!We all have major problems either well hidden or seen!Let s create ourself a vision,a positive one  which noone can take away from us!That vision which comes from a dream should be worked hard for...No one should not reach their goals we are on this purpose living it large.Be fooled by none,everyone goes trough struggles,nothing comes easily and every gold medal comes with lot lot of sweat!Be prepared mentally let no one take that dream away!We women tend to give up on ourselves to give to others?But remember to make someone happy you shall render yourself happy first!I have always had that in my mind,but refused it all along because it seemed to me that if i acted that way that was being selfish ,though we are far from the truth.BEING self satisfied is a major step to self happiness and a having a balance.
So ladies,lets all do it let s make it!and show them and most importantly ourself all that it takes to being a leader!Let s make a list,care about ourself and start listening to those audios that we might find boring in the begining but which will lead us somewhere :p

Diet DIET 

Health,plastic,for which ever reason you feel like it is about time you commit to something finally and a diet might not be a bad thing after all!so what s the next step?

before any other attemp that might dishonner your commitement stop a second and think!what if this time you were truly ready to a real challenge that will make you happier then before.

A diet is so tough but it 's all about your inner state,your will of doing ometing!First take time to think about your strategy having a coach can make your commitment more serious and thus the results willbe those seeked for.Then wtite down your objectives put them somewhere where you can get an eye on them each time you may doubt look at them.

Remember

you can take supplements taht will help you through your way.

there are so many diets so many that we get lolst in all of them.So let s not talk about a diet but a way of eating 

You either want to loose thatg weight fast or take your time that's the only decision you'll have to make.

so let s post some of the great thecnics to make it through this diet.

I'll post all the supplements which I feel are really good at the use,and with out adverstising any one them

The thecnics that actually work and it 's no discusion about that are;

  • Water and lemon: amazing to hydrate your body and makes you feel so much better 

lemon has amazing benefits

  • Drink 8 cups of water a day so this part is to me the hardest so if you are not a big drinker nuy a bottle of water it's easier 
  • Make yourself 3 to 5 cups of tea (green tea) is so good plus tea can hyydrate you as well
