Dieting ??again???so hard 
let s straight it up ladies stop the bull.... let s put it straight up let s say we won t diet,consider it as if it was a changing way of eating bye bye bad habits and hello beautiful body!!! 
Let me post some great menus that you could use to slender your body 
Let s say that we are made differently but need to stop thiking that some are made to loose weight and other are obliged to stay fat chubby call it how you d like and don t get me wrong chubby can be beautiful no matter what size you are :
what matters is to make it and feel good about yourself ladies think self confidence and think beauty and think that noone has the right to male you feel less the you are!so let s start the program!ohhhhh you will have to want it you have to fight your impulses
assume that you do it right you have so much to gain so much to show yourself,let s keep the record straight the fight and struggle is between you and yourself
Menus 
breakfast is a very important meal and no one shall assert a different thing read the word you break the fast since normaly you were asleep and haven t eaten since your diner
so respect this please no diet will make you loose weight if you do not follow this path!!

start with a glass of water and lemon this shall be your ritual your everyday function
 
a heathy breakfast so forget all the sugary stuff ,learn to eat a healthy meal that will provide your body with the essential nutriments which will systimaticaly loose your extra lbs 
an egg a piece of whole wheat bread :)we do not eat to fill a blank inside of us we eat to survive and to have enough strengh please don t forget that al the extras the fun food the pleasure should never remain exceptional
